Located in Kampung Bangau, a small humble village situated near the Pahang River. Teratak Patin Bangau is one of the “hidden gems” for Patin Tempoyak and one of the local favourites. The Teratak Patin Bangau is on the spicy side and if you are into spicy, you will enjoy every slurp of its fermented gravy. Kancil Raja Patin
Located in Kampung Bangau, this restaurant is situated beside the Pahang river. Kancil Raja Patin is also a hidden gem for Patin Tempoyak. Kancil Raja Patin gravy has a unique fragrance resulting from the “daun kesom” recipe. Besides tempoyak, they also serve fried ikan patin, fried salted fish and fried chicken which all go quite well with rice. This restaurant is popular during the weekends, some customers may wait half hour to get seated.

Restoran Claypot Patin Tempoyak is the only restaurant that serves Ikan Patin Tempoyak in a Claypot which helps with heat retention during your meal.
