Food and Beverage items listed in the Dining section of our Website are made available by each Dining Outlet in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions published by each respective Dinging Outlet from time to time.

Images used to depict food and beverage items are for the purpose of illustration only and do not purport to represent the actual item, its quality, quantity or physical characteristics in any way.

All orders and payments for Food and Beverage items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Prices for Food and Beverage items on our website are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are inclusive of applicable taxes levied by the Government of Malaysia.

The delivery time applicable for Food and Beverage orders are as stipulated by each Dining Outlet. Please note that there may be delays in delivery services from time to time depending on traffic, weather conditions and the business volume experienced by each Dining Outlet. You are advised to contact the applicable Dining Outlet to check and confirm the delivery time should this be of concern to you.

We do not warrant or make any representation with regards to the quality of Food and Beverage items provided by Dining Outlets listed on our Website and the Delivery Service thereof.

We are not liable to you or to any person claiming through you whomsoever for any injury, illness, losses, damages (direct or indirect), costs, liabilities, expenses, claims or demands resulting from or in any way consequential to the consumption of Food and Beverage Items purchased through our Website.

Booking inquiries for hotels, tours, transport and travel experiences made on the Platform constitute an offer to the relevant Service Provider to take up the proposed service at the total price shown.

In the event the Service Provider confirms your booking and upon payment of the necessary charges, fees, deposit and/or other costs to the Service Provider, a binding contract is formed between you and the Service Provider in accordance with the Terms & Conditions herein and the Terms & Conditions of each respective Service Provider.

In the event that the Service Provider does not confirm your booking within 24 hours of your booking date, your offer is deemed to have lapsed and will have no effect whatsoever.

Each reservation is subject to the relevant Service Provider’s change and cancellation policy. In the case of hotel room and serviced apartment room bookings, the typical provider usually requires notice of cancellation at least 24 to 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

You acknowledge and agree that while you may cancel your prepaid booking, you may be charged the change or cancellation fee(s) that may be applicable for the relevant Service Provider.

If you do not change or cancel your reservation before the period applicable to the hotel you reserved, you may be subject to fees and charges as outlined in the relevant Service Provider’s terms and conditions. Such charges are not refundable and may include but are not limited to room charges, administrative charges, tax recovery charges and other service fees.
Service Providers who are hotels and serviced apartments may charge for the entire stay, depending on the terms and conditions of each respective Service Provider.

In general, refunds are not provided for No-shows and early check-outs. If you intend to arrive at your hotel after the first night of your reservation, is is your responsibility to contact the applicable Service Provider to prevent cancellation of your reservation and avoid being charged applicable fees from the Service Provider.

You agree to be fully responsible for any change or cancellation fees that may apply.

We do not warrant that our site will operate uninterrupted or be free from errors. We do not provide any warranty with regards to the suitability, availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any material on our website and the services listed therein.

We are not responsible for server downtime, failed internet connection, or any computer virus or other technical defect. No warranty is provided with respect to the availability of our site or services.
